English born, LA based producer Chris Barratt aka Eagles & Butterflies reaches all boundaries of the cool electronic music spectrum with his productions. From Downtempo to Techno to House, with releases on Get Physical, Innervisions, Noir Music, Get, Bedrock, Southern Fried and his own Spread Your Wings imprint, 2015 is the year this project takes flight. Support comes from the likes of; Dixon, Richie Hawtin, John Digweed, Tale Of Us, Damian Lazarus, Uner, Amirali, Tensnake, Solomun, Noir and Radio 1's Rob Da Bank naming him his “One To Watch”.

Eagles & Butterflies, as well as his label Spread Your Wings has gained huge support from not only his fellow artists but also key music press such as; MixMag, DJ Mag, Electronic Beats, Pulse Radio and Data Transmission for whom he hosts a regular radio show podcast with guests from across the underground spectrum. 

After a very successful 2014, including the release of Eagles & Butterflies’ debut artist album ‘The Butterfly Effect‘ on Spread Your Wings it was time to fly. This album showcased his musical capabilities as a producer and featured heavyweight remixes from some of his favourite producers including; Dinky (Visionquest), Cascandy (Monaberry), John Tejada (Kompakt), Tone Of Arc (No19), Gabriel Ananda (Basmati), Ron Flatter (Traum) and Basti Grub (Desolat). 2015 started with a busy release schedule which reads like the top list of labels on Resident Advisor! Starting off with music on Get Physical, followed by his debut for Innervisions and his ‘LOVE EP’ together with J.U.D.G.E on Noir Music and hotly followed by another highlight on Bedrock this run of releases has grabbed the world’s attention. The tail end of this milestone year brings a full length album on Get Physical, remixes of his LOVE EP and some other top secret activity that’s going to push the project well into 2016 and beyond. 

Playing events such as Do Not Sleep IBIZA, Secret Garden Party, Get Physical ADE or Miami Bedrock boat supporting John Digweed, Eagles & Butterflies can expect to be packing his bags for many more travels as the music resonates all over the world.
